Hype this look at Lookbook here.
I have been missing in action from my blog site for so long and that is because of the super typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) that invaded the Philippines, particularly Leyte and Samar. I came from Leyte and all my family and relative lives in Leyte. After the typhoon, I did not hear any news from them because all lines such us cell phone lines and electricity was affected. I have been trying to contact them since the typhoon started until I got hopeless and negative. I cannot even compose one sentence for my blog because my mind is running elsewhere and it even disturbs my sleep. Yesterday, great news came and I was informed that my family was safe. I was so happy and overwhelmed. There were numbers of casualties in our town and houses were destroyed. I don’t care if we no longer have a house, what matter to me is to know that my loved ones are still alive. Good thing, our house is still standing and was not destroyed by Yolanda. At this point in time, life becomes very important to everyone. Thousands of lives have been taken due to this tragedy. I was thinking, was the people who died enjoyed their lives when they were still alive? Have they already fulfilled their purpose? No one dies ready, I guess we all are. That is why, at this point, we should be living our lives to the fullest and enjoy it one step at a time.
Talking about my outfit, I got a really comfy top from my friend Ancy, it is her pasalubong for me from Thailand. I loved it instantly because it is very trendy and comfortable, I can wear it with any outfit that I like. I paired a black mullet skirt since all top can never go wrong with a mullet skirt. Killer heels finished the look, accentuated by lovely accessories from Beads and Pearls.
