Our travel to Tagaytay from Manila was a one long ride. We were supposed to visit Enchated Kingdom in Laguna on that day, however, when we arrived we were informed that Enchated Kingdom is only open during Weekends. So from Laguna, we travelled all the way up to Tagaytay and arrived at 3 PM. Traffic in Manila and trip to Enchated Kingdom delayed our arrival in Tagaytay. We just rest for a while in our hotel and decided to visit Sky Ranch.

What I love about Tagaytay is the cool weather and the breathtaking view. Mountain ranges are spectacular as you can often see peaks against the skyline. It was a windy and cool afternoon when we visited Sky Ranch. Everything is so green and the sky is so blue. Indeed a perfect day for adventure.

The rides in Sky Ranch is not like your typical amusement park where you can ride all you can. Here in Sky Ranch, you will pay per ride depending on your chosen ride. This is a disadvanatage for me because I love unlimited rides.

This is the list of the ride fees:
Sky Eye – P150
Super Viking – P100
Nessie Coaster – P50
Mini Viking – P50
Wonder Flight – P50
Red Baron – P50
Express Train – P50

On top of the rides fee, you will still be paying P100 for the entrance fee.

We only tried 2 rides and that is the Sky Eye and Super Viking. Sky Eye is a relaxing ride where you can see the entire Tagaytay and even the Taal volcano ridge, whereas Super Viking is an intense 5 minute ride. I was so dizzy after the ride I felt like throwing up. Though it was very fun, I am surely not gonna ride Super Viking again.

I also regret wearing sleeveless dress because; first, it’s really cold specially comes night time and second, my skirt keeps blowing up because it’s really windy up there. So to everyone who’s planning to visit Sky ranch, never wear a dress or skirt. Jeans and leggings would be perfect.

After our Sky Ranch adventure, we went to eat hot Bulalo because Tagaytay trip will not be complete if you will not be able to try their Bulalo. It was a perfect meal to cap off a very tiring day.
